About
As President Barack Obama said, "We need to internalize this idea of excellence. Not many folks spend a lot of time trying to be excellent."
This website provides information to help you excel as you prepare for and make decisions about your future. During my five years teaching Technology education at Essex Educational Center and Computer Technology education at Randolph Technical Center, I earned a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer certification with a focus in Exchange 2000. I currently work full-time in an Information Technology department and serve as a computer network consultant for several non-profit organizations.
This Computer Career Web site will help you explore the computer-related majors available in Vermont along with descriptions of the type of work that you can do with each degree. In addition, you will find information on the required course work for High School Graduation and College Admission, and I recommend that you contact the Admission Office at the schools that interest you and ask about any additional requirements for admission.
I hope my several years of experience will guide you and give you an advantage as you strive to be a successful student and potential leader in your career of choice.
